Frank Van Lare

Frank Van Lare, MCIPS, CMILT, CIMC is an accomplished procurement, logistics, and supply chain executive with over two decades of progressive leadership in public sector procurement and consultancy Services, He currently serves as Director of Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Ministry of Finance, where he provides strategic oversight of procurement policy, contract management, and sustainable supply chain practices.

He has advised and collaborated with Donor partners including the World Bank, IFAD, KfW, and MiDA, contributing to project supervision, procurement audits, and policy development. He holds a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and is a chartered member of leading professional bodies: the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS, UK), the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT), and the Chartered Institute of Management Consultants (CIMC).
