Key achievements included improving the regularity and timeliness of service personnel allowance payments, strengthening audit trail systems to mitigate payroll-related risks, and introducing farms and other business ventures to promote entrepreneurial skills development among service personnel.
He also oversaw the establishment of a poultry farm with a capacity of over 200,000 birds, supporting efforts to expand practical skills training and enterprise development.
