The Government of Ghana has set aside funds for the operation of the Ministry of Finance during the financial year 2019. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Selection of Service Provider to Develop the Integrated Bank of Project (IBP) for Ghana’s Public Investment Management System.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Room 340, Main Block of the Ministry from 9:00 am up to 4:00 pm on working days with effect from Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tender Documents and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GHS500.00.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in an acceptable form in the amount of GHS20,000.00
All Tenders in one original plus four number of copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to Room 340, Main Block of the Ministry on or before November 15, 2019 at 10:00 am. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the address below:
Late Tenders not received, not opened, and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
