The Government of the Republic of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Ghana Economic Transformation Project (GETP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Renovation of Ghana Enterprises Agency (GEA) Head Office Building.
The Project Coordinating Unit of the Ministry of Finance now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Renovation of Ghana Enterprises Agency (GEA) Head Office Building;
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (July, 2016 as amended in November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Finance / GETP (Abdul-Latif Alhassan and e-mail:gepprocurement@gmail.com) and inspect the bidding document during office hours Documents between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm on working days with effect from September 12, 2022.

The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Eight Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢800.00). The method of payment will be cash. The document will be issued to Bidders personally and with a written application letter.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11.00am on October 12, 2022. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address ‘B’ below 11.00am on October 12, 2022.
