CENSUS IN 2010
Ghana will conduct its fifth population and housing census in 2010, a move that will determine the actual population of the country by the time. The last time the country carried out such event was in the year 2000.

The Swiss Ambassador to Ghana, H.E. Mr. Nicolas Lang, and the Minister for Finance and Economic Planning of Ghana, H.E. Hon. Kwadwo Baah-Wiredu, signed an Agreement on the Avoidance of Double Taxation between Ghana and Switzerland. The Agreement will enter into force after completion of the ratification in both countries.
