The Government of Ghana and Development Partners convened on 23rd and 27th September 2010 at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel Conference Centre to deliberate on the future of Official Development Assistance in the context of prospective oil and gas revenues, and the path towards a middle income economy. Participants included Ministers, Ambassadors, senior level officials of Government and Development Partners, representatives of Civil Society Organizations, private sector and the media.
