The news of your sudden death sent me into shock. Having just bid you farewell in July after working under you since 2005, I find it hard to accept the news. I will always recall how you treated every Officer as your friend and how you made the rounds to offices just to greet Officers was exceptional and something I did not see in all my years of service in MOFEP.

To the bereaved, wife, children and the mother, I extend my deepest condolence. I pray that the Risen Christ will lead him safely to the Father for a well-deserved rest.
